Hypnotherapy & Brainspotting
Resolve past and present traumas that negatively impact your life
As a certified Hypnotherapist, I have helped many clients understand how early childhood trauma/abuse negatively affects their adult life.
Symptoms show up as chronic pain, substance abuse and addictions, emotional struggles with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship conflict, lack of direction and weight issues. These life challenges are the clues to this deep unresolved emotional pain and unexamined/outdated beliefs of not feeling “good enough”, low self-esteem and negative self-talk.
My area of specialization as a hypnotherapist is twofold:
Firstly, providing a safe space for adults to reclaim their lost childhood, through a process of inner child healing. The inner child represents the emotional self, which is often disconnected, and void of most vulnerable feelings/emotions, as a result of childhood trauma.
Secondly, guiding survivors of sexual abuse through a gentle, yet powerful healing process, to recover their innocence lost through the trauma, and develop a potency that strengthens their personal resolve to become the best unique version of self. You can take back control of your life and discover the magic of your intuitive wisdom, with gentle hypnosis techniques and reclaim your lost childhood. You will be more mentally focused, feel confident, and live your life according to your personal values and emotional needs. You will also discover/learn more about the “wisdom and genius” of your healthy emotions and how they communicate important messages to you, through your body. You finally recognise your unique, integrated self

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic technique that helps release unresolved and trapped emotional energy held deep in the body and mind. Many of our painful experiences—stress, trauma, or overwhelming events—are stored in the nervous system, often outside of our conscious awareness. These unresolved memories can show up as anxiety, tension, emotional triggers, or even physical symptoms.

By using specific eye positions (“brainspots”), Brainspotting helps the brain and body naturally access and process these stuck emotions. This allows your system to complete what was left unfinished, gently releasing the weight of old experiences and opening space for clarity, calm, and resilience.
Rather than just talking about your struggles, Brainspotting works with the body’s innate healing capacity, and the relational field of a safe therapy space, helping you resolve what words alone cannot reach.
In short: Brainspotting is a direct path to clearing emotional blocks, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your full potential.
